A day of adventure awaits, whether you are relaxing in the shade of a palm tree, galloping across endless beaches, soaring by paraglider high above the cactus studded desert or paddling out to your favorite island... the day is done... all to soon... As the sun goes down, the day cools and you feast on succulent, fat, freshly caught Shrimp, washed down with an ice cold Corona...AAAAHHHH! ...Swaying in your Hammock, your eyes close to the strains of your favorite Flute...the flames of your fire reach for the stars...

No phones, no TV and no computer unless of course that is what you want...Your luxury motorhome is equipped with a Satellite Dish, VCR and you have an extensive video library...

Baja Safari's was designed with you in mind, you set up you own adventure...

For those of you coming from Europe, you will fly to Phoenix Arizona or Los Angeles California. Those folks coming from Asia, Los Angeles is your first stop. From there you will catch a small shuttle flight either American Eagle or Skywest airlines to Palm Springs our base of operations and the world famous golf capital of North America.

Relax and unwind for a day or so in the lush oasis that is the fabulous Palm Springs. Interested in a game of golf or tennis, not a problem! You decide how long and where you want go on your Baja Safari and you let us know. I will put you up at the finest or the quaintest accommodations Palm Springs has to offer. Your Safari will begin and end in Palm Springs, so give it some thought!...

If you wish to spend some time in Palm Springs after your Safari?... be sure and let us know well in advance and depending on what you wish to spend, we will make the arrangements. After your arrival and while you are recouping from your flight we will have a briefing and discussion on travel plans ...

COST...

Now! minimum days away on Safari in Baja is five days and the longest, you decide! Cost per couple is $300 US per day, this includes everything except lunch and dinner. Its designed this way because there are times when you want to eat out and want to eat what you want to eat, and when you want to eat. The cost of these two meals is not included. So you are part of the adventure, you do the cooking. Your host will wake you with coffee in bed and have breakfast on the table when you are ready. Breakfast is included in the daily cost.

MEDICAL...

A word about medical! You will want to come fully protected by a good medical and travel insurance,including airlifting out of Mexico. Baja Safaris will not be held responsible in any way should you encounter problems of an unforeseen nature......

WHAT TO BRING...

Traveling light! Light khaki's slacks and shorts....light dresses. Bathing trunks and sun glass. Camera and film unless of course you have a digital. Remember! Should you want to stay on longer we can store any items you may not want to take on the safari. Think about it...airline security and the hassles involved,lugging heavy bags around. Not recommended.....one carryon suit case and a hand satchel should suffice.....Ladies! Hairdryers are on board your coach.

STORES and GROCERIES...

We will spend a few hours stocking up with your favorite goodies.So you might want to makes a shopping list when you cant sleep on your flight.Dont forget to bring books to read.

TREASURE'S...

Souvenirs and and Mexican treasures?

We will send your purchases home for you by Courier at 50 percent what one would normally pay, all the way to Europe. Not a bad deal! There you have it, keep it simple and travel light e-mail me with any questions you may have. Baja Safaris will commence in November 2003. Those paid up 3 months in advance will receive a considerable reduction.

CANCELLATIONS...

Should you wish to cancel and you do so 1 month in advance, you will be charged a service charge of 20 per cent. If you cancel at the last minute there is no refund. However you can rebook providing we have time available.

ACCOMMODATIONS...

Are by luxury motorhome. A 36 foot Winnibago Vectra Grand Tour. One of the finest coaches on the road today.We are totally self contained and can exist out in the desert for 10 days without replenishing.

PASSPORTS...

Please check with your consulate regarding visa requirements...
